Rights to all NCAA games at this level should still be Turner Sports. But they will not step down to do these games as there is not enough revenue (from advertiser fees) and so it is available and common for the home team to assume the streaming duty on request. If a college/university requests to stream and gets permission, they are _required_ to not charge for the broadcast, and cannot generally even run commercials that gain revenue.

A commercial radio station can get approval to give an audio stream/live radio and can sell commercials to offset costs and make some money.

GSC teams use Flosport to video their games. Play off games are under NCAA rules. I have tried to find out but have not been successful. When I do I will post
