Today I can say that I was excited for the beginning of the game to start. And I am very happy to say that, at least to me, I saw the continuation of the LR team GROWING by leaps and bounds.
Ferguson is the Quarterback that starts the teams engine. He makes them hum. Again, at least to me, the team is playing with confidence in both themselves and the leadership at the QB position.
He can scramble if he needs to, buy time if needed, and deliver the throw on a rope to the right spot at the right time.
The defense is playing lights out led by the D line and All American candidate John Ross Maye. And the special teams continue to get better and better.
Even the play calling seemed to me to be much more wide open and opportunistic.
Perhaps, just perhaps, this team may have a chance to not just play some playoff games, but to do so Between The Bricks.
