If Ferris scores early and often it will be a long winter day for the Wolves. Wolves do thrive in winter snow so I wouldn’t count them out.

By the way, in 2019 the Argos QB was Austin Reed. In 2025 the Wolves QB is Reed Charpia. Does the curse of the Reed bite the Dogs again?
More worried about the curse of fumble-itis

The Wolves are not too bad themselves!

I see we're back to turnovers and penalties. Can't keep these dudes around

Man, turnovers are killing Newberry right now. Ugh.

First half was wild. Newberry get's the ball to open the 2nd. That first drive is going to be major for both teams

                    5 turnovers so far.

But, NDSU lost at home on Saturday and intercepted the ball 5 times... So, anything is possible.

Trash football by Newberry. QB two yards in the end zone and 22 hits him then stands over him clapping. #29 throws a sucker punch and is amazed he gets called for a penalty and ejected.

Yeah, you have to laugh at players like 29 who throw a punch in the middle of the fight and then cry as they walk off the field after being ejected. Like what did you expect was going to happen?

Fighting notwithstanding....great year from the Wolves. They did the SAC proud by winning the region. I was not a believer after seeing them in person but they proved me wrong by winning game after game on the margins and they have a lot to be proud of. Ferris is just on another level of Division II programs right now.

Still proud of my school and this team. This has NOT been a good Newberry game.

Ferris State is very good and live up to all the offensive and defensive accolades.

Though, I'd love to see these teams play in a more player friendly environment weather wise. Ferris may end up winning that game too, but I think the game would be closer.

Unfortunately, you can’t turn the ball over 6 times against a team as good as Ferris State and have a chance to win. Not a bad year for a team picked to finish at the bottom of the SAC. We have to get our ground game fixed on offense and shore up our defensive and we will be back next year!

                                Go Wolves!
