GAC Pick'em Week 8

I have now entered a new level of hell being a SWOSU fan. Let week 8 commence.

Back to a normal schedule this week. Please have picks in before the games start.

Games on Saturday 10/23:

SAU @ OBU - 1pm

HSU @ ATU - 2pm

ECU @ SWOSU - 2pm

SNU @ NWOSU - 3pm

UAM @ HU - 3pm

SEOSU @ OKBU - 6pm

OBU by 24 - OBU does what they do to everyone, and SAU is not the quality team we are used to seeing. OBU has no trouble in this one, as they prepare for the next three games, which will be the toughest of the year for them so far.

HSU by 28 - I have not seen enough from ATU to give them a better line. They seem to be improving, but not enough to avoid getting beat by a Henderson team ready to bounce back from the beating they took from Harding.

ECU by 10 - Even I can't make my homer pick this week. SWOSU is bad. They have talent, but they are at the point now where they genuinely have no idea how to win. The second things don't go their way, they look like they quit. I am going to jump the gun and predict that my Bulldogs go winless this year. Pain.

NWOSU by 7 - Despite beating my Dawgs last week, SNU is very bad. I will pick NWOSU because it's in Alva. I won't be mad if SNU wins though, I want to see NWOSU and SWOSU battle it out for the GAC toilet bowl at 0-10 lmao.

HU by 38 - This one is gonna be ugly. Harding's 4 week stretch of games to finish the year is a cakewalk, and I hope we see a deep playoff run this year from the Bison.

SEOSU by 8 - I think this is going to be the game of the week. OKBU seems to have found their offense again, and are more than capable of pulling off the upset. SEOSU is the great Oklahoma hope this year, and I just hope OKBU doesn't ruin it lol.

This one is about who shows up. Im betting that OBU can roll and control the game on the ground.
HSU @ ATU - by 17
HSU is electric on offense and has a great passing defense. ATU is suspect but they might show up, probably not though.
ECU @ SWOSU - by 10
SWOSU is the weakest Oklahoma team IMO, ECU takes this one.
SNU @ NWOSU - by 7
SNU is dangerous, NWOSU is too. Cant wait to see the fireworks.
UAM @ HU - by 35
UAM looks good, HU will have to win the battle up front and keep getting better at all positions.
SEOSU @ OKBU - by 4
This is the only upset I am predicting. I am probably wrong but a man can hope, can't he?

I appreciate it! I love SWOSU, so I will support them forever, but it has not been the best year lol. I have been meaning to ask one of you Harding guys, how long have you guys been running the option? I only started following D2 when I started playing at SWOSU in 2015, so I'm not super familiar with anyone up until recently.

SEOSU @ OKBU - SEOSU by 7. * Dad pick here on this one. Honestly though this game makes me very nervous. OKBU can put up a lot of points and I just hope the SEOSU defense can make a couple of stops. If so I believe that our offense can score with anybody. But this one is definitely gonna keep me up at night worrying all week.
