    1- I'm not chest thumping. I'm cautiously hopeful.
    2- My 2 wishes have always been for Pitt to become regularly nationally relevant again, and for all the NW fans' buttholes to grow shut. Neither one has happened yet.
    3- Don't you have some turkeys to inseminate or something?

    I like it when we can get everything right out in the open and be honest with each other. I hate green; I won't wear anything green because green sucks!

    Exactly what resources are you referring to. Seems to me that MoWest has good resources and from what I can tell, the A.D. there is doing well. Don't get me wrong cause I can't stand MoWest, but your Resource argument lacks credibility right now.

    Ahhh... I guess I missed the sarcasm in the post, but that would make a lot more sense.

    .... and Sima and Zeke just earned All MIAA honors on Monday, lol
    Some new guys to look for:
    * Grant Fairchild
    * Elijah Robinson
    * Mahcel Johnson
    * Leighton Cushinberry

    Strength and conditioning coach is a whole-athletics department employee and not a football program employee.

    I believe Pitt State's coaching salaries have been ~$80-85k for coordinators and ~$40-50 for position group coaches. You can live off that, but you're not getting rich on those position group salaries.

    Aren't a lot of position coaches paid less than what it costs to live on? I may be wrong, but I'm not sure total house cleaning can be done in D2?

Karleskint will probably be one of the FIRST to go, rumor has it after Beck resigned all the position coached rounded up their guys and did a mini "touch base" meeting, Karleskint had already left and to the best of my knowledge NONE of the receivers have heard from him yet.

I especially think the WRs have been a good group pretty consistently under Karleskint.

    No idea why we would keep Lattimer. Which DL have improved since he got here? Sima, Bingamen and Wyrick all peaked in 2017 and have either leveled off or regressed since then. I'd love to keep Dreiling around as a position group coach, but he struck me as just not being ready yet to be the DC. However, I'm guessing HS head coach is in his future.
    I disagree with most of that about the DL. I saw improvement across the DL. Don't get me wrong, they were overly aggressive way too often (I'm not sure if that's coaching or scheme, though?), but did improve. If he's a good recruiter, though, he may be worth a look.

    Pierce predates Beck, and RB is one of the few positions where Pitt has been consistently good. Rose, for example got much better over his 4 years.
