I mean, all departments have their own share of bad eggs in candidates. I think the Education Departments gets plenty that they just shove through the pipeline because:
1. Kansas needs teachers. (#forceforgoodKS, as if its simply a PR issue)
2. No one wants to inform candidates that this profession is not quite suited for their personality and skill set.
Specifically, I have heard more complaints about the Chemistry department than almost anything else.
