Are recruiting budgets posted somewhere? Is ESU struggling financially compared to the other KS schools?

Dont think most of that has anything to do with budget. Our roster has texas and florida kids largely due to ikes and McCray recruiting in those areas that are home for them. McCray also gets into cali and Arizona jucos from time to time, fhsu used to recruit those jucos heavy prior to brown showing up. Think northwest still has some connection down in florida as well similar to how McCray operates for us

It's connections, but it's also flying kids in for visits is costly. That plays a factor in budgets. You can't pay for flights for 20 kids. You have to fly in kids you think will likely sign.
