Josh Caldwell 4 carries 59 yds 1TD and some Special Teams action for the Chiefs tonight.

Yeah I was really glad to see that. Even if the chiefs end up with too many backs and can't use him, he is making a good showing for other teams.

If he does well in the other pre-season games, he could easily make the scout team, and put himself in a position to get bumped up if the opportunity shows.

Five Griffons:

Joe Horn Jr., Baltimore Ravens, UFA rookie signed after a rookie tryout

Jonathan Owens, Arizona Cardinals, 2nd year but spent last year on IR

Mike Jordan, Tennessee Titans, 4th season, played in 22 games over 3 years, including 15 in 2017 for the Browns

Leonard Wester, Jacksonville Jaguars, 4th season, spent 3 previous in Tampa

Greg Zuerlein, K, Los Angeles Rams, 8th season, Pro Bowl and All-Pro in 2017

Zuerlein is of course on the 53-man roster. Wester is on Jacksonville's injured list. The others were released, and I haven't seen that they signed anywhere.
