I really miss the real time updates on scores and plays these threads used to provide. It’s wildly inconvenient now to go to each home teams website to check scores. I get it though. People don’t want spoilers, and maybe I’m the outlier, but I want the most accurate real time information.

I do too stayed out of all the game threads accept the one I was watching... it's not a big deal but it is annoying. I just have less interest watching a game I already know the outcome.

Got to work my first collegiate football game as a member of the chain gang and have a new perspective toward officials. In hindsight, I wish I had gone into officiating . It was a lot of fun but it's work too. I would highly recommend giving it a try.

Bearcats...what a difference a week makes I guess. Had NW played the first 2 games with the heart, determination and sense of urgency they played with last night after getting down 14-0 in the 1st, they would've punked UNK and they very well could be 3-0. So what changed? The opponent. FHSU overrated? Maybe. FHSU had a lot of very bad penalties at inopportune times. Players were the same except Harper and Gogue split time at left tackle. Coaches didn't change. Not sure we needed to chase points with a 2 point try when we got up 12 in the 4th. Overall, offense was efficient. Ruhnke has to make better decisions throwing the ball when he have oppurtunities to score. D played lights out after the 1st. Hays couldn't run the ball. Pass D was pretty leaky in the 1st but settled in the remainder of the game and we harassed Hays QB pretty much all night. 1 really bad punt seems to be par for the season.

I don't mind the updates, even appreciate them, in the thread of that game. Why post results of a different game in that thread?
