Are teams utilzing NIL in MIAA for recruiting?
Do schools have to make public NIL $ of their athletes?

I have heard from others that PSU and UCM were ahead of NWMSU but how does one know that? Are there numbers proving this somewhere, or is it just assumptions based off these schools having more football success?

Really just searching for answers and knowledge

It is my understanding, technically, the school is not supposed to be involved at all with NIL...so I think to have an idea of what is being spent for NIL you'd have to know the kids involved or see them out doing things a college kid with money would be doing! :) If they do have NIL, I have a difficult time believing it is a lot of money...much an extra hundred or two a month for a college kid could make a big difference.

Rumor was Ferris St was using NIL to bring in depth on their lines...I have no way of verifying that.

From what I've heard, PSU and UCM have boosted their budgets for assistants...the NCAA pretty much removed the limits on staff, so for D2 if you have the budget you can hire extra staff...those 2 schools have a Dir of FB Operations and a recruiting coordinator who is not also an on the field coach.

I think Pitt also has a larger recruiting budget than they used to.

Wouldn't surprise me if they did. Seems like when they need money, the donor base is there for them. Very fortunate situation there for you all!!!

Have you heard if they're throwing much money into NIL? I hadn't heard that side of it.

I honestly don't know. There is some local commercial money, and at least 2 online ways for them to get a little cash, but there is no collective for them that I know of yet.
