The Lions showed a lot of heart today. Despite a very disappointing season, they never gave up and sent the seniors out with a win to end their home season. Neat to see the marriage proposal by #70 before the game.

Congrats on the win. Perhaps the marriage proposal inspired them today.

Saturday at home won't be a pretty way to end year number 2 with a big loss to Hays.
It's still going to be a better season than pretty much everyone expected. But finishing it out with a loss like this followed by what will likely be a rough one against Fort Hays (hope I'm wrong) is going to be a tough way to go into the offseason.

Yeah, bad games happen. But it's really disappointing for it to happen 10 games into the season against the worst team in the conference. You can't even point to any injuries or bad weather that impacted the game. The Lopers just flat out got beat.
