Wondering if that QB transfer they got from UTSA is factoring into the votes?

Hughes seems proud to be ranked third.

I heard zero sandbagging. I heard he puts no stock into July preseason rankings and doesn't know how you can rank teams after a COVID year. I agree.

I do not anticipate the final standings being as the preseason rankings. I think we should expect a surprise or two.

I was kidding! Like Hughes said, it's time WT went out and proved it on the field.

A lot depends on whether Commerce gets Smalls back in the lineup by October or if he is out longer than that . The running game should be outstanding, but if it becomes one dimensional that may be a problem.

                  What happened to Smalls?

And Commerce will have an outstanding running game. I think all should be fine.

Sorry to hear. Hopefully he will make a full recovery.

IF he has grade 3 ACL, he is done for the season. If Grade 2, 3-4 months.

Then it is a VERY mild strain (Grade1). That's great news.

I couldn't get a straight answer other than "don't put any info about this on the messageboard". But you did.....so, I am good. Lol.
