That leaves Black Hills State, who has yet to play Mines, which should be a loss, and Sioux Falls. Sioux Falls still has to play four 4-1 NSIC schools (SW Minn, Minn State, Wayne State, and WInona). In addition, the SOS for CWU should be pretty god with their only loss to #1 Ferris.
Very likely true, but rankings can get weird sometimes so I didn’t want to assume.

By my count there are 17 teams left with 2 or fewer D2 losses after week 6.

D2 teams receiving their third loss: Western Colorado and Midwestern State.

        Angelo State 6-0
        Sioux Falls 6-0
        Texas A&M-Kingsville 4-0

        Wayne State Nebraska 5-1
        Black Hills 4-1
        West Texas A&M 4-2
        Bemidji State 4-2
        Minnesota Duluth 4-2
        Colorado Mines 4-2
        S.D. Mines 4-2
        Minnesota State 4-2
        Southwest Minnesota 4-2
        Winona State 4-2
        New Mexico Highlands 3-2
        Western New Mexico 3-2
        Central Washington 3-2

The NSIC will only have 3 teams Sioux Falls, Augustana and Bemidji - I think Bemidji beats Duluth) with 2 or fewer losses. The rest will have 3+
