My Dad & Uncle were NY Mets season ticket holders. My first world series was in 1969. I was a little boy. It was game 3 against Baltimore. Nolan Ryan pitched a few innings in this game (his only World Series appearance). I was fortunate to get his autograph on his rookie card after the game. Oh how I miss Shea Stadium!!!

Fast forward 20 years....August 22, 1989 and I was at Arlington Stadium and witbessed Ryan's 5k stike-out. It was an awesome moment. However, he lost that game.

I was fortunate to witness many of Ryan's accomplishments in person.

In my opinion, one of the G.O.A T.s

I had 3. Sold 2 back in the '90's. The autographed one I have is worth a pretty penny. But, it's willed to my grandson. I have no intention of selling it.
