Agree, he's probably not that great if his other offer was NAIA. Also, if he's picking his schooling on a small college win-or-loss football game, he's not that smart. Montana Tech has elite engineering if he gets into that program, they won't have time for clowns, which this guy sounds like.
There are two D2 programs within 850 miles of his hometown, he might consider an NAIA. Not sure how much evidence we have he's a clown, for all we know he went for the Engineering program.
