  • UTPB football kicks off spring camp

Looks like a battle for QB between Graham & Kunz. And 17 mid-term transfers taking part in spring camp. Returning 15 starters.

Looks like ASUPops has chosen his LSC team to support this season. ;)

Already said months ago UTPB would be one of my teams this year. I know so many of their players.

Haven't decided on my other team. Either Angelo or maybe WNM. Ha.

Branch out. Look North for your ride along.

          Any suggestions?

I usually go with the team that either has coaches I know or players I either coached, coached against, or followed them.

It might be fun to "branch out".

CWU played defense like the other team owed them money in the 23 playoffs. I can't help but root for a team like that.

(Except NWMSU. I still hate them no matter how good their Dis.)

As mentioned, CWU keeps you in the LSC.

My guess is most of your connections stay in Texas or the general area?

Some other Northern schools for consideration:

              1) Minnesota State-Moorhead - team that has typically won 4-5 games has a big time QB, fun to watch, won 7 games last year. And, they are the Dragons.

              2) Wayne State College - the teams/school in the MSIC no other fans can ever seem to ‘hate’

              3) Nebraska-Kearney - because that’s where WT got their coach ;)

              4) Random MIAA/GLVC/NSIC team with no board representation.

              5) Minnesota State - return 10/11 on offense and open the season at Northwest Missouri and maybe you’ll be able to see them in Texas?

EDIT: Bonus for NSIC teams is the live stream is free.

Well, he did havevl the most experience. I am curious to see how he does compared to 2022 with new coach and new talent around him.

WELCOME to the board!!! Glad to have you. I joined back in '09 when my son started playing in the LSC. Changed account name in '14.

Better be Western New Mexico or I'll put a curse on your Cowboys. Never mind, they're already cursed. :D
