This happened about 45 minutes from where I live in PA. They’re saying it’s a Texas Longhorn bull, so I thought I would post it here to see if it’s true.

That happened all the time on the road that I grew up.

It happens in cities in Oklahoma every once in a while. Kind of a unique treat for y'all up there. Be sure to make Bevo burgers.

Problem is in Oklahoma if a Longhorn got loose it would break a leg in a huge pot hole once it got to any road and would have to be put down.

No arguments from me, yet ODOT/OTA can make bridges "look fancy".
