OT- TAMC is moving up to D1

Today Texas A&M-Commerce announced they accepted an invitation from the Southland conference for next season and will be moving up to Division 1 (FCS). I am only posting this in the nsic forum because this move I think will have big implications for the nsic regarding playoffs in the future. With commerce leaving and Tarleton leaving just a couple of years ago, the LSC as a conference for football will significantly be weaker and therefore having less influence. The GNAC is on life support so I now can definitely see the NSIC having 3 teams getting in the playoffs consistently every year in the near future whereas before it was mainly 2 teams (sometimes 3) that got in every season. The RMAC may have something to say about that but lately the nsic has had the upper hand against RMAC teams.
