Keep in mind, their school has to nominate them. Sometimes guys get nom'd for a great year but also to kinda setup their push for the year following (if they are a JR, etc) This was a school can say they were nominated the year before = making them look like a top player at this level...etc...etc. One guy per school..
They'll move from here to 8 finalists, etc.
