Finally everything seemed to clique for the Dogs on Saturday. Defense played extremely well with 7 sacks and 3 INT's giving up only 200 yards on the day. They held the Mary passing game in check which has been a challenge for them this season. Offensively almost 600 yards with almost an even split between rushing and passing. Olson had a very solid day throwing the ball (had a receiving TD on a trick play also) and Walljasper rushed for over 100 with 4 TD's and a 5th that was called back on a hold - even completed a pass on the day (maybe he can throw???). Belemy and Sullivan splitting the load at RB and both being very productive, and finally Carmickle was back and looked like he hadnt missed a beat.
Dogs have Concordia this weekened which shouldnt be that big of a test, however, if they come out againt like they did last week maybe they are finally cliquing and looking to make a run to close out with only two losses and make the playoffs.
