Some interesting lines this week. I don't believe the Mesa hype so far and BHSU has been more impressive than I thought. Its a big spread for Mines against Pueblo but I will never bet against beautiful John Matocha. My Skyhawks again have a real shot this week and I think they'll only lose by 27 :) The LSC game is an interesting one and I'm not sure how it'll go but just basing this off of their games against Western as a benchmark.

SD Mines (-3.5) @ Highlands. Highlands can always jump out and win a game when nobody expects them to. This one was hard for me to pick. SD Mines refocused after a tough loss gets the win though.
Western Colorado (-25.5) @ Chadron. Not sure CSC can keep this one close.
Black Hills (-4.5) @ Colorado Mesa. BHSU by 3 Mesa covers.
Colorado Mines (-18.5) @ Pueblo. Much easier schedule after this one for CSUP.
Fort Lewis @ Adams State ( -14.5). Ft Lewis covers for second straight week.
Bonus Game: West Texas @ Permian Basin (-9.5). Seems UTPB should be able to put up enough points to cover. Interested to see how West Texas fares in this one.Comment

SD Mines - God awful road trip from Rapid, but the Rockers get back on track. Highlands was always a weird place to play. First time down there, they still had the worst turf known to man. You could actually trip over the yard lines as they were an inch or two below the rest of the field. Plus, they had a horse lead them out before the game, and the horse with its rider kinda just hung around behind one endzone for the first quarter. No pen or anything
Western Colorado - The beatings will continue until morale improves and Long gets an extension.
Black Hills - Tough one to pick, but I think the Mavs have a let down game after two long road trips and tough wins.
Colorado Mines - That stupid burro will get a workout in on the track if they bring it down.
Adams State - Always fade Ft. Lewis. Stick to the system.
Permian Basin - I looked up UTPB's schedule and was shocked at last week's result. What in the actual hell happened to Southwest Baptist? SBU played BH really close and then got completely molly-whopped at home to UTPB 86-7? That's like when St. Johns plays the sacrificial school from the UMAC in the first round of the D3 playoffs. Gotta go with the falcons here, and their ability to score.Comment

SD Mines - I think Chadron is down right terrible after watching their Augastana game this year in an airport. Think they are FLCs bwst shot
Western Colorado- Western looks awesome this season, the spread makes it tight but I have a good feeling for Western.
Black Hills - Doubting Black Hills hurt me bad last year, I also can’t seem to get a decent pulse on Mesa.
Pueblo - I am going to be at this game!! Excited to catch some real D2football. I think that Mines clears Pueblo, but I am not confident on 18.5 score spread. I think Pueblo will have enough fight to not get embarrassed.
Adams State - FLC has one more chance after this one. I just pray they can end their terrible streak. I did get burned by the spread last week.
Permian Basin -
Impressive record for UTPB and my grasp on LSC strengths is dubious. So I am taking PermianComment

SD Mines runs away and hides from Highlands to cover. Chadron kept it close enough and covered. Mesa covered in a dog fight Black Hills who won it on a last second field goal. Colorado Mines covered. FLC covers for the second week in a row, narrowly missing out on a win. In the bonus game, there was a high scoring shootout and West Texas covers in overtime.
Buff90 was the only one to pick Chadron correctly.
