  • RMAC non conference games

    Hello all.

Just doing some non conference math.

Looks like the LSC still has 6 non conference openings to fill.

By my count the RMAC has 4 openings remaining:
Mesa 2 (one of these games rumored to be Kingsville)
    Pueblo 1
    Highlands 1

Any rumors floating around in these parts?

Just unveiled recently, but Western will be hosting Midwestern State, September 7th.

It will be the first meeting between the Mountaineers and Mustangs.

West Texas A&M and Midwestern State should be some really good games for Western Colorado.

Been on the books for a while but I'm looking forward to the WT game with Mines this year too. Who has openings in the LSC still?

Western New Mexico (1): Rumored to be return game with New Mexico Highlands at home.
Texas A&M-Kingsville (1): Rumored to be return game against Colorado Mesa at home.
Angelo State (2): Rumored to be playing Ft. Hays State on the road is the strongest. Second game either Emporia State or return game at home against West Alabama.
Central Washington (2): A total mystery. It would make sense for them to schedule Mesa since they are the "closest". Otherwise its probably a FCS/NAIA mix.

Yeah I found Pueblo on UTPB's schedule earlier this month and then on Grand Valley's schedule today.

CWU has played three NAIA teams since 2008. One was APU that started the transition to DII the next year. Another was Souther Oregon, which won an NAIA NC in 2014.
