The kid had 1 less pick than the previous qb Seth Morgan. He was 3rd in nation in pass completion %.

You couldn't be more off base.
Powell actually has a very strong arm. He was one of maybe 2 or 3 qbs in the psac that could throw a 15-17 yard out...Leave a comment:
