Here are my current rankings from 8 to 1 for the West Division.

8. Seton Hill (0-3, 0-1)Notes: The Griffins are 15th in scoring offense and defense...The offense has produced on 651 yards of total offense through three games.

7. Edinboro (1-2, 0-1)

Edinboro had a decent start to the season with a close victory on the road against GLIAC member Walsh and a competitive effort at home against Bloomsburg. Unfortunately, the Scots went into the divisional opener at California missing four starters on offense, including do-it-all quarterback Cody Harris. The offense struggled mightily but they did face difficult weather and a very strong Cal defense. They now have Seton Hill and Lock Haven in consecutive weeks, so they have a good opportunity to rest some aching bodies and get ready for the balance of the divisional schedule. If they can work on the running game and get the D Line in better shape to defend the run, they can still contend with some teams in top half of the division.

Notes: 6. Mercyhurst (1-2, 0-1)Notes: This is a do or die week for the Lakers. If they fall to 1-3 overall and 0-2 in the division, the championship and playoffs will be off the table.

5. Slippery Rock (2-1, 0-1)Notes: Winning the division will be a tough task, but the Rock have Meryhurst, Cal and IUP at home.

4. Gannon (2-1, 1-0)Notes: The offense and the kick return game are superb, but the defense remains a liability. They did a great job in the monsoon last week, but gave up over 600 total yards to both Lake Erie and West Chester.

3. Clarion (3-0, 1-0)Notes:
2. California (3-0, 1-0)
Notes: 1. Indiana (3-0, 1-0)Notes:
