How are the Cavs looking heading into the season? I'm hoping State can turn it around this season it'll be interesting to see how the Yellow Jackets deal with out a clear number one on the roster. Best of luck on the upcoming season.

I can live with third, it feels like a decent expectation. Two of our top scorers graduated but Heywood's a junior so it's still going to be a good year. I just want to know what fool gave us a #1 vote.

Probably Crutch, since coaches can't vote for their own team.

Charleston looked really good against Marshall at times.

Their PG is very good and he can shoot it.

                WV State looked pretty bad.

Looks like Wise found some untapped recruiting territory in South America. Big recruiting budget?

Wise is playing a big boy non-conference schedule . Wow.

Don't guess we are looking at the same thing? Am I missing something? I don't see anything THAT impressive about their schedule.

Lincoln Memorial and Virginia Union are pretty formidable foes.

Elizabeth City State and Carson Newman are also strong programs.

That's a tough non-conference schedule compared to the patsy method so many take.

I think it is a tough schedule for Wise primarily because Wise isn't very good (or at least hasn't been good in the past).
