SCSU/msu first half was about as ugly as it gets.

On the way home I heard Matt M. tell Casey on the radio that the two teams set basketball back about twenty years. Neither team looked good but SCSU outhustled the Mavs. Too many second shot opportunities- Huskies won that on the offensive boards.

Full agreement that both teams played horrendously today. But that type of game will always favor SCSU. mankato under marganthuler is always going to be a team that will try and out athletic you with all their transfers. Whereas SCSU is a hard working blue collar type team who has to outwork others for their wins. Especially with the most talented player in the league currently not playing.

Wish I would have checked in earlier to help you out. Mackenzie River Pizza downtown is my wife and my favorite place to eat. Not many TV's for sports but a great atmosphere other than that.

Thanks to you and Mr. Augustana for your recommendations. We ate at Mackenzie River Pizza and loved it! We also ate at TC Referee and really liked it too. Like you said, they have great wings. Thanks to both of you for your help.

In good fun, I was going to comment on Moorhead's 14-point loss to William Jewell, sayin' "what the hey" is that? Before I was to display complete ignorance, however, I thought I would look up William Jewell first. I mean really, aren't these guys NAIA D2? Well...there's a problem with not keeping up on what's happening. Actually, they're in the Great Lakes Valley, a solid D2 conference, and are 7-0 with 5 or 6 of those wins coming against D2. I am glad that saved me some embarrassment.
