Wolves have finally got out or that slow, halfcourt stuff and it led to retaking the lead on the Mavs in the second quarter and opening up the lead in the third. Look so much better.

Had the USF feed cut out a couple times and my tv value is maxed out trying to hear anything. Lots of Wolves fans in the house!

Wolves leading the Coo 30-29 at half. Wolves are 11-Aaron the year when leading at half. Radio man dropping stats.

Ooops. Just saw you were chatting here 4Life... Lost my feed right after USF got the rebound on that play. Annoying.

Great crowd tonight with lots of NSU fans as you say.

Mavs get the weekend sweep. Play pretty darn good at home, now have to pick it up on the road.

Mav women did play quite well this weekend. They need to win at least two of the last four conference games to have any chance of hosting a playoff game; much better chance winning three. But they would have to play consistently at a high level to have any chance of that.

Mustangs have won 7 of their last 9 games. Too bad it's looking like too little, too late for this year, but they could be dangerous in the tournament.

SW has made quite an improvement since early in the season. I recall they had one of their mainstays out with an injury; I believe a junior. Has she returned? (Can't recall her name).

That's the impressive thing, they're doing it without (senior) Caleigh Rodning, who averaged about 13 ppg in each of her first 3 seasons. We lost 6 of 7 immediately after she went down (game in Mankato was the first of the stretch), but have been hot since (home game vs Mavs was actually start of current stretch).

A lot still to be determined in the NSIC South

                        2. Wayne State 11-7
                        t3. Winona State 10-8
                        t3. Minnesota State 10-8
                        t5. Augustana 9-9
                        t5. Concordia-St. Paul 9-9
                        7. Southwest Minnesota State 8-10

                        Friday
                        MSU at Augie
                        CSP at WSC

                        Saturday
                        SMSU at WSU
                        MSU at WSC
                        CSP at Augie

                        Friday, 2/21
                        WSC at SMSU
                        WSU at CSP

                        Saturday, 2/22
                        WSU at MSU
                        Augie at SMSU

One thing working in the favor of SMSU, CSP and MSU is that they all have their fourth game against Upper Iowa, while the fourth game for WSC, Augie and WSU is against Sioux Falls.

Good analysis. With the exception of Sioux Falls, the teams playing for a home playoff game have all been rather inconsistent. So difficult to say what will happen these last four games. Is Rodning playing again for SW?

Nope. She's missed most of the season.
