Pretty sure there's a joke in there somewhere.

Augie finishes the job 74-60 over Bemidji, Riemersma had 24-7-4ast on 8-8FG and Schaefer bulldozed his way to 16 points despite the Beavers over playing his beloved left hand.

It's been a fairly friendly schedule but 4-1 in the NSIC and 7-3 overall without Dykman at all and AJ missing 4 games is beyond comprehension. Never doubt Texas Tom.

I could up with some, but they would have to be posted in another thread!

Ha-ha, I'm sure you do. I still remember the foul by one of the Mavs either late in regulation or overtime that allowed a three-point play for Winona, and the Mavs snatched defeat from the jaws of victory that night.

5 point lead for the Mavs late in regulation- Warrior player drove for the basket- Mav got beat bad and foolishly fouled him for a three point play. The WSU scored after the Mavs missed and it went into OT.

I also remember Howard Sprague aka Kellen Taylor deftly banking in a three pointer in crunch time.

Yes! Imagine a team with Howard Sprague, Floyd the Barber, Gomer, Goober, Emmet with Barney off the bench!

Thelma Lou, Peggy, Ellie, Clara and Aunt Bee could be the cheerleaders!

If Augie keeps up this shooting in conference play, there might just be a new trophy in the Augustana trophy case.

Hate to beat a dead horse but are we keeping track of pick em's this year? I don't know why I care, not like I'm going to win. Must just be the competitive nature in me. Also I just want to beat NSU4LIFE.

We all do. Unless you didn't mean literally. In which case, I totally didn't mean literally either.
