      • With the win last night, NW has won 7 straight regular season conference championships. Heck of a run.

Amazing run, made more amazing by the fact that four of the last five (including this year) haven't been particularly close races.

          • Completely disappointed in the Northwest crowd today. Showed up in big numbers but zero energy. Way to quiet for a crowd this size.

Thepeman called this. Team showed up with no energy either.

The good news is a win is a win! An added accomplishment is the fact they won the conference out right with the win today! Now, lets get ready for that school down south of Maryville.

Had a trap game feeling to it from the start. NW just went through motions and no energy in 1st half. Still hungover from all the excitement and emotion of the MSSU game. Played with a little more sense of urgency in the 2nd.

Yes. Classic trap game if ever there was one. Credit to the bcats for getting the w.

                    • Adding to the cupboard... Will this be the next great Bearcat PG? (Fingers crossed)

The Northwest Missouri State University men's basketball program picked up its fourth signing for its 2020-21 recruiting class.

                      • NW overcame a 12 pt 1st half deficit and finished strong late to beat Washburn 69-61 to improve to 28-1/18-1

                        • It’s been a remarkable run for NW as the win against Washburn made this group of seniors the all-time winningest Bearcats ever. 128 wins and hopefully more to come for Tyler Dougherty, Kirk Finley, and Ryan Welty!

Not that the above needs any additional perspective, but tomorrow Missouri Southern’s Elyjah Clark will set a new all-time Lions’ career record of 121 games played.

That’s games PLAYED, still 7 short of your guys’ number of WINS. Quite impressive.

                            • I think there was a similar story out last year, but it's been a couple of pretty amazing years for the Benard family with Daejah's Panthers and Diego's Bearcats both being ranked #1 in the country and trying to win National Championships. Pretty cool.
Diego and Daejah Bernard of St. Joseph, Missouri, have a shot to do something never accomplished in college basketball at any NCAA level: A brother and
