What are you NWMSU fans hearing in Mayville? Is the #1 ranking merited this season, or are the now Pitts/Hudgins/Bernard-less Bearcats more vincible than in years past?

I haven't heard much at all about NW this year...Ben talked about a couple guys who redshirted last year at the MIAA Media Day...hadn't heard anything about them until then. I was surprised to see them pre-season #1...we have a good core coming back, but none of them have really been "the guy", so a lot of unknowns...I trust Ben will have them playing at a high level. Hopefully, they'll rise to an elite level when needed down the stretch.

They are picked 4th in the RMAC the 3 schools in front of them in the preseason RMAC standings are all directly after them in this D2 poll. Interestingly they did not receive a first-place vote in the RMAC poll and the other 3 schools did.

This is a very bad poll. Plain and simple. SNU turned the whole roster over and is picked eighth in the GAC. But I guess that's good enough for No. 25 in the nation!

Apparently up 30+ half way through second half before clearing the bench. Won by 20. Jamestown big guy (Walters) who was very good the last few years transferred to Wyoming so I’m guessing Jamestown not real strong this year.
