SPU is a great job, even with the horrible attendance they get. They have access to the rich Puget Sound prep basketball scene and a great winning tradition. They've often hired from within with Hironaka and Leep, but also have gone outside with Looney. I don't know their staff and if there is a heir apparent on staff. It should attract a lot of good applicats.
