As usual, here is the link to our spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...it?usp=sharing
Here is what our interesting semifinal results looked like:
(Winner's Bracket)
#2 Mule Man - 157.65
#8 Matt Witwicki - 124.75
MM escaped with the victory to make yet ANOTHER appearance in the title matchup, his 10th all-time appearance in the championship. He was led by 46.05 from QB Kaden Brown, and 32.5 from WR Tre Calhoun. Witt had the highest RB score of the week, as Dawson Forgy went for 48.6 points, and he also got 33.65 points from QB Tavion Faulk, but he had two starters under 6 points, while MM's lowest starter still scored nearly 13 points.
(Winner's Bracket)
#6 Jon Dykstra - 119.7
#4 KleShreen - 115.4
On the other side of the bracket, we had two of the three lowest scores of the week, both due to some injuries. Dykstra, despite getting a DNP from Derrick Johnson, still got 30 points from RB Max Barnes and 27.7 points from QB Gunnar Hensley. On my end, my QB Drew Huebner left his game early and left me with only 11.1 points. It rendered my 34.6 points from WR Dom Collins, the highest WR score of the week, useless. Big shoutout to Bo Catherwood for his 31 rushing yards against an awful team. I'm not salty at all.
(Loser's Bracket)
#1 gr8ness97 - 181.4
#7 Runnin' Cat - 132.8
gr8 had one of the highest team scores of the year, even though he had the highest-scoring player of the entire week on his bench in QB Rahsaan Matthews, who scored 57.3 points. He still got 46.7 from QB JAckson Wasik, 38.6 from RB Trey Thorpe, and 36 from RB JayJay Jordan. RC got a trio of solid performances himself, with 41.7 from RB Fabian Duncan, 32.5 from QB Justin Brennan, and 31.4 from RB Noah Dobert, but his other three starters were all under 15 points.
(Loser's Bracket)
#5 Antonio Clark - 194.05
#3 Fro-th_and_goal - 82.55
AC comes through with the actual highest team score of the entire league so far this year, as his LOWEST scoring starter had 20.2 points! He got 46.1 from RB Hank Kraft and 39.25 from QB Josph Capra to lead the way, as he dominated his matchup here. Fro got 27.2 points from RB Andrew Miller, but nobody else was over 17 points in his starting lineup. There was nothing he could do to avoid this beatdown, anyway. AC couldn't be stopped this week.
That means our playoff bracket and final schedules look like this!
REMEMBER, OUR CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND IS AN AGGREGATE TWO WEEK SCORE! So the next two weeks will be added together to determine who wins each matchup.
