Hillsdale (4-1, 3-0 GMAC) at Findlay (3-2, 2-1) could be a key game in deciding the GMAC championship. Findlay reached the playoffs last year, but could find themselves on the outside looking in with a loss to the Chargers.
Notre Dame (5-0, 5-0 MEC) at Fairmont State (4-1, 3-1) is another critical game for both the MEC title chase and the NCAA playoffs. Should be an interesting game under the lights in Fairmont on Thursday night.
California (3-2, 2-0 PSAC West) at Clarion (4-1, 2-0) smells like a trap game for Cal, fresh off handing IUP their first loss of the season in a non-upset "upset" (anyone who's followed this series over the past decade knows that IUP hasn't any success at Cal over the past 10-12 years, so this wasn't really an upset); big question will be if Clarion is legit? This game has divisional title implications.
Also there is a game from the NE10 conference, a nationally televised game, where LIU Post (7-0) at Assumption (5-2) worth watching but it will be @ 1pm thou.

Ouachita travels to UA Monticello which has an offense to put up points. Will be a good test for our defense heading into our big game vs 21 Southern Arkansas who will play a hot Henderson St. team this weekend at a neutral site.

Ah yes, must see the mighty 57th ranked offense of 4-4 UA Monticello. I'll be sure to tune in!

Grand Valley @ Saginaw is probably the most important game in SR3, both trying to secure a playoff spot.

Pittsburg @ Missouri Western, Pitt needs to win to keep pace for a playoff spot, MO West trying to get top bowl spot (outside shot at playoffs)

Then there's the Turnpike Tussle between Emporia and Washburn just for an evey matched entertaing game

            SR 3
SAU vs OBU should be a good one in the GAC if you like defense.
NW /Hays has a decent amount on the line for the whole region
            GV/Ashland should be good

#25 Hillsdale knocked #15 Tiffin from the ranks of the unbeaten 48-26 to claim the GMAC title in a great game today. Chargers at Indianapolis next week.

#3 West Georgia is at #5 Valdosta State in a huge rivalry game this Saturday. The winner of this game is the GSC Champion, wins the Peach Basket, stays undefeated, and has a bye in the first round of the playoffs. The game is on ESPN 3 at 7pm EST for those interested in what should play out to be a great D2 football game

It's going to be very odd, to watch Dean on the visitors side.

Azusa Pacific is visiting CWU in Eburg. CWU won the first contest, but the Cougars always seem to bring their best to visit the Wildcats. Sunny, with a high of 52f, and light winds in the forecast.

It's kind of a unique one - winner of the St. Cloud State at Minnesota State-Moorhead goes to the Mineral Water Bowl.

I think it's the game the NSIC folks will be paying the most attention too.

Has the MWB said as much, or would Winona state not be in the running, since they are technically the "highest non-playoff" team in the NSIC as of right now?

There are a bunch of tiebreakers that have to be considered.

I imagine it'll be a little weird to Dean to stand across from where he spent so much time for 16 years.

Quite a few coaches on his staff that played and/or coached on the home side as well.
