Defending champion Rafael Nadal will skip the US Open because of the coronavirus pandemic, putting on hold his bid to equal Roger Federer's men's tennis record for Grand Slam titles.

He wasn't going to sniff the US Open title. If he breaks Federer's record it will be winning the French open a couple more times. Only thing stopping him is the COVID.

Sources say that UConn is the first FBS team to cancel their season.

I think this would be bigger news if they were still a Power 5 team and not Group of 5. It will be interesting to see if any Power 5 teams follow them despite what the conferences are saying.
