You can argue whether he was purposely trying to hurt him, but his effort was dirty. You don't drop your shoulder and head like that on a player already going to the ground. It was dirty.

The Eagles got beat by the Seahawks by the exact same score that the Seahawks beat them earlier in the year, a game in which Wentz played the whole time. The Eagles best player isn't Wentz, either. Yeah, and it was pretty funny when the wide open running back completely dropped that pass on 4th down. Because, you know, Eagle receivers. The Seahawks will probably get rolled up in Green Bay, but y'know what? It'll be the Seahawks getting rolled, not the Iggles. Also, there's no bigger fan base considered a joke than the Eagle fans. Because you're all a bunch of touchy asshats that blame losses on everything else but their team not getting the job done. And to top that, they had to get the world's biggest Patriots fan in Marky Mark to play their home-town hero.

I agree with this as well, even though my Vikings benefited from the current rules yesterday. Both teams should be guaranteed at least one possession.

I do think it is better than it used to be where the team that received the kickoff would just have to get 1/2 way to the end zone and then kick a quick field goal to end it.
