Actually, not true. Kutztown has clinched a spot in the State Game, because they own the H2H over Shepherd.

My bad, I forgot their one loss was to IUP and doesn't count in their conference record.

Bearcats are Gorillas fans this week when the Gorillas host the Ichabods.

There are six ranked matchups this week, plus three games that might be ranked matchups if the rankings went to 11.

Are there any conferences that will be decided this week?

The Northeast-10 and PSAC West have winner-take-all games.

Both big games in the GAC (HSU vs OKBU &
SEOSU vs OBU) could give Harding the conference championship outright if HSU and OBU lose.

If West Alabama beats West Florida this week, wouldn't that clinch the GSC title for VSU?

I'm going to divide this into "elimination games" and "good games"

                    Elimination games:

Assumption vs #24 Bentley: Bentley is out with a loss and Assumption is good enough to hand them one.

Tiffin vs Findlay: Both teams have been playing what is effectively playoff football for a few weeks now, and it comes to a head on Saturday. Winner is in, loser is out.

#13 Henderson State vs #16 Ouachita Baptist: This one takes on additional significance after OBU's loss last week. HSU is "win and in" while OBU needs a win just to have a chance.

                    Good games:

Saginaw Valley vs Michigan Tech: Neither team seems to be in the playoff hunt barring an exceptional amount of chaos, but they're playing for 3rd in the GLIAC. Should be a snow game too!

#12 Slippery Rock vs #14 Kutztown: One of three ranked-on-ranked games this week, for a conference title no less!

#2 Valdosta vs #4 West Florida: Really don't think I need to explain this one, but: UWF is looking for a share of their first(!) conference title at home, and VSU wants it outright. Depending on who wins here, we're looking at a rematch in the second round or the quarterfinals.

                    • CIAA Championship game features Bowie State (#2 in SR2) v. Fayetteville State (#10 in SR2) - Bowie should be able to easily handle Fayetteville State, but if Fayetteville State finds a way to win that will make things really interesting for playoff selections.

I would add #11 West Georgia vs Delta State in what is essentially a must win playoff game for the Wolves.

Odd thing about this game is that the NE10 as a nine team league that only plays 1 OOC game needs to fill out their schedule by playing a random league opponent twice in a season. Bentley played at Assumption in week 2 and won 40-28. Will the Greyhounds get their revenge by knocking the Falcons out of the PO picture ?

                              • Other than an SOS hit, FPU gives the Chargers a nice scrimmage and, coupled with a possible Kutz loss, a chance to move up to #2-3 slot.
