Weirdly, they're getting zero at-larges in football or men's or women's soccer... yet they have the #1 seed in the region in two of those....

Incidentally, the conclusion I came to when going over it last night is that UTPB is 8, Northeastern State is 9, and Western Oregon is 10.

It's used, but it's only one of the criteria. There's no region in which the selections matched it exactly....
