I don't speak for SR1. I speak for myself. Ferris and the GLIAC can be placed wherever, and I am cool with it. It isn't like my team is in the SR1 bracket anyway.

This response doesn't make any sense, first of all.

Second of all, you did indeed have your best team in your program's history defeat the worst regional champ from the GLIAC of the last 20 years, a team that gave up more points on defense than any other team in program history. Congratulations.

It doesn't erase the fact that Shepherd beat Grand Valley in the 2016 national semifinals. All the excuses in the world are moot because, last time I checked, they don't deduct points from a win because the other team had a "sub-par" season compared to the history of said program.

Colorado Mines has won exactly two games by 10 points or fewer this season: the season opener against Grand Valley 31-28 and Week 2 vs. Angelo State 31-21. Those first two games equaled their lowest point totals of the season, with the Week 5 win over Chadron State 35-7 being the only other time Mines has failed to crack 40 points.

Every other Mines win has been by at least four touchdowns, including the last two games where they've outscored New Mexico Highlands and Fort Lewis by a combined score of 159-3. Not to mention the six times this season that Mines has allowed 7 points or fewer, including a pair of shutouts.

I know weed is legal (or at least decriminalized) in Ohio, but c'mon, man...

Of course no one wants to see their path get more difficult, but as a fan I have no problem with them being moved. If you can't understand that, I can't help you.
