Dawson Scott and Andre Jefferson are both injured or they would have both been PFA signings. I am not sure why Tanner Volk of CWU has not gotten a chance.

He was not listed on the rookie-mini camp roster that I saw passed out.

Something fun from the Detroit Lions. So far this preseason, they've had a defense on the field that included FOUR GLIAC players, with Ian Kennelly (GVSU), Anthony Pittman (Wayne State), Trevor Nowaske (SVSU), and Nick Whiteside (SVSU). Pretty awesome to see 4 D2 guys on the field at the same time, let alone 4 from the same conference. In today's game, they've all been on the field at the same time for most of the game.

Former Augustana CB Javian Farr signed a 90 day contract with the Buccaneers.

Wondering if there has been any thought into 2026 NFL draft for D2 prospects. WR Tommy Thomas for Chadron State is pretty good, wonder if he might get a camp invite from some NFL team come next year.
