If I were tasked with setting this up - these would be the first three routes I would explore:

-Find a partner institution willing to house it. NWMSU, Pitt State, GVSU - really any institution would work.

-Find a local historical society willing to house it (is there one in Florence?)

-See if the CFHOF in Atlanta would house it, or the AFCA or something

Hopefully alleviate the cost of getting a property and some of the administrative cost.

Strongest case from MoWest is Zuerlein: afaik his record for season FG% still stands and his 21 consecutive FGs made, including 9 from 50+, Followed that up with a 13-year NFL career, including a first-team All-Pro selection.
