Didn’t get in last week, but I’ll start now.

      ODU
      Findlay
      Michigan Tech
      Indy
      LEC
      Ferris
      Saginaw
      William Jewell

This could be a tough week for GMAC. I think a couple of these games could go either way and hopefully break for GMAC teams, and I don’t have a good record coming out of this weekend.

            I will hop in....

ODU vs West Virginia Wesleyan - ODU isn't very good, but WVW is worse
Wayne State vs Findlay - Hearing rumblings about Wayne State. Findlay should continue strong start.
Michigan Tech vs Hillsdale - I will go with Hillsdale. Home field advantage.
Ashland vs Indy - Indy won't go 0 - 2 against the GMAC.
Wheeling vs LEC - Neither team is very good, but hard for me to ever pick Lake Erie
Tiffin vs Ferris - yea. Give Tiffin credit for playing a team that could beat many D1 FCS teams.
Northwood vs Saginaw - Backyard brawl. I will go with home team.
Kentucky Wesleyan vs William Jewell - I will go with the home team.

ODU vs West Virginia Wesleyan - Just rooting for a GMAC team, although ODU has not demonstrated an ability to contend for anything.
Wayne State vs Findlay - The Oilers would have to play really bad to lose to the Warriors at home.
Michigan Tech vs Hillsdale - This is a homer pick, but the Chargers are due and they are playing at home.
Ashland vs Indy - The Eagles will have to play almost perfect football to top the Hounds at home.
Wheeling vs LEC - Again rooting for a GMAC team. The Storm is playing at home and that should be worth something, I think.
Tiffin vs Ferris - If the doggies were on the road, the Dragons might have a shot at a W, but playing the national champs on their turf...well we hope they can just keep it close.
Northwood vs Saginaw - Saggy is due to be upset and I'm again rooting for the GMAC. Tough game between neighbors.
Kentucky Wesleyan vs William Jewell - KWC is often underestimated and playing on the road will be tough but I'll give them my vote.

Oilers hang on against Wayne State, 7-3. Only able to watch the 2nd half. Not a very good game for the offense. It looked like the Oilers are not confident in their young QB. Wayne State loaded up against the run, and Findlay didn’t really adjust. Findlay would get ahead of the chains when they did throw on early downs, then would give it right back on the 2nd down play with losing yards in the run.

A win is a win, but after coming away confident after a strong week one win, I’m wondering what this game means for the rest of the season. I know there was a lot of negativity around Wayne State after last week. I’m not sure if they showed up this week and proved to be a better team than expected, or if this signals potential issues for a young Oilers offense as the season progresses. Good news is 2-0 heading to week 3, and a chance to go 3-0.

Time winding down in the Hillsdale and the Chargers are down 31-14.

It looks like Ashland and Indy is turning in to a defensive battle. I’m only able to see the stats, as I’m not paying for another broadcast subscription. From a stats perspective, both QBs have thrown two picks. It looks like Ashland may be in a better position going in to half. They were down 14-3 and have fought back to 14-13. Ashland is doing much better on the ground than Indy, which could be factor in the second half,
