The AD and President should come out publicly and state their justification of keeping Roger. Alumni and fans have the right to know their reasoning. Any other program coach would have been fired several years ago.

The players are voting with there feet. One can only hope that the AD and school administrators will see this and make the appropriate decision. But they won't and Roger will be back next year

    2-9...Not too good.

Heads should roll, but they won't.

I will be back on the Hilltop to watch the men's basketball team help me forget all about the that football club team!

If the administration really cared about the football program, they would relieve the head coach of his duties right now and see what you have with the assistant coach as an interim. Let's get ahead of the process and curve because recruiting is going to be of extra importance.
Well, seems that the whole coaching staff is the problem. They all have a hand in recruiting...they all have a hand in the coaching the players receive...and they all have a hand in what we see on the field. Fail, fail, fail. None of them have shown they have even the remotest chance to be even a good HC.

Release all of them immediately...let the new AD be the interim HC for the next two weeks and appoint the grad assistants as the OC and DC. Cancel practices (clearly they haven't helped) and just have the starting 22 show up the next two Saturdays. Sunday after next give all players their release.

Bring in an entirely new coaching staff and let them bring in a whole new team. One thing for sure, they can't do worse that what we got going on now.

The head coach and defensive coordinator need to go, and probably anyone on the staff that played for them. I know there are at least 1-2 starters that have been told they will never earn a scholarship because their major is specific to WL, and the coaches told them that they can't go anywhere else to get that degree so they don't have to pay them. That's not a good way to motivate people to play hard for you.

The problem is that the DC's wife is the provost and vice president of academic affairs.
