I know this is the "state game," but let's be honest, the IUP game is, always has been, and always will be the only game that matters. Duh!

You think somebody would consider making this a prime-time game??? The "Game" gets lost among all of the other Noon or 1pm games, IMO...Thoughts??

Close. 2 of the Rock's TD's came on special teams. But a less offensively talented WCU laid 42 on the Rock last year

What would happen if Ship was hosting?? Can't make it a prime time game because of time of year and the subsequent weather. I could see have all other games play at 12; then have state game @ 3 or 4 at latest. Ship put up some lights; gets dark around 5 with time change.

It is going to be a great game, but no way Rock's offense scores 44 on the WCU defense.
This sounds like Tony33 in Ram's clothing. Sheesh does anyone even play offense in the East? Sprinkle in those offensive juggernauts Gannon and Seton Hill in the crossovers with OOC Bentley as the cherry on top and you have a great statistical defense. Hey maybe they are all that though idk, haven't seen them play this year but did catch the act 2x's last season .... jus sayin

Garry, Raye, & Johnson; it was a pretty talented offense; the D is what let them down last year not the offense.

2017 ROCK Offense= big splash plays; quick score capability

2018 ROCK offense= more methodical; longer time consuming drives than in the past

OBVIOUSLY it can't be done at a school that doesn't have lights...Come on man...When it CAN stand alone it SHOULD...And any PSAC team not having lights is a bit of a disgrace IMO...

Primetime for what audience? The fans in attendance would much prefer a 24 degree night game tomorrow? The live feed audience? We're surely not talking about TV ratings on PCN and going head to head at night against big D1 games?

WCU can also go home after the game. Remember that is a poor program with only a handful of scholarships. Surely they can't pay for another night in the hotel.

                            Also, Shepherd doesn't have lights.

More people are available at night, either to attend in person, or watch on TV...Exposure is good for the PSAC, yes??

Night games in the latter part of the season aren't typical in the PSAC. The only reason that some start as late as 4 is due to the field being used for another sport. Night games for crossovers also are typical except for East Stroudsburg and Slippery Rock. From a TV perspective, casual fans are going to watch Auburn-Georgia or Florida St-Notre Dame or Clemson-Boston College.

Whoever wants to see the PSAC championship will see it.
