And they held West Liberty to 70 points in the Atlantic Regional Finals. Only one other team has held West Liberty to 80 or fewer points this past season: West Virginia Wesleyan (WL won both, 80-71 on Nov. 19 and 77-64 on Feb. 20). Some more perspective: only one team held WL to 70 or fewer points last season - Shippensburg (98-66 in last year's Atlantic Region Quarterfinals).

"Offense sells tickets, but defense wins championships" sounds appropriate here...

Tony33 probably had no clue the Hurst basketball team was doing any good till it hit this message board! Haven't heard from him since IUP smacked Hurst in football.

Actually I try to follow all Mercyhurst sports both women and men programs.
