Shepherd/East Stroudsburg reaches halftime, and the host Warriors lead 14-0.

The Rams played some good defense after the second ESU touchdown, but the Warriors' defense was also stout. East Stroudsburg now has not given up a point in their last 6 quarters.

I feel like I've mentioned this before, but Kutztown seems to have a quality production for football games.

LH has done that all year. Slow starts and then their offense explodes.

With the total disintegration seen here, you almost have to wonder if something happened behind the scenes that deflated Ship.

Kutztown's defense unable to finish off a few plays and it ends up leading to a West Chester touchdown. The 2-point conversion failed.

Kutztown leads 31-13 with 9:55 left.

I'm impressed with West Chester's QB.

After a long kickoff return to the ESU 30 yard line to open the 2nd half, Shepherd's offense does its job and scores their first points of the game, cutting East Stroudsburg's lead to 14-7 early in the 3rd quarter.

VULCANS do what they need to 28-14 over BORO. Now on to whatever they can do against K'TOWN. Nice to play a relevant game in the final week.

Bloomsburg beats Millersville 35-27. The Marauders scored a touchdown and 2 point conversion with 10 seconds left to make the score more respectable.

Now would be an unfortunate time for ESU to stumble, 14-7 over SHEP start of the 4th.

In PSAC-adjacent action, Mercyhurst defeated Lincoln (Calif.) 66-0. Lincoln, of course, is that independent program that some have called the Bishop Sycamore of college football.

Not an issue at 28-7. My guess is ESU will be the 4th PSAC leaving 1 spot each for the NE10, MEC and GMAC.

IMO, at the moment (post-Shepherd game) I'd say it is more likely ESU moves up into a top 4 seed and gets a 1st round home game than falls out of the playoff field entirely.

ESU's D has allowed just 7 points in the last 9 quarters, going back to the 4th quarter against Lock Haven 2 weeks ago.
