  • 2022 GSC Rosters

Interesting. NG looks to be a young team.

The rosters now include Delta State who has the thinnest depth on the line in the conference.

Nice stats. I’d be curious how many players total are 1st year players at the school, regardless of class. Not asking you to do that, just curious. I would think each schools HC would want to shoot for 70, worse case 60% of the roster each year consist of guys there from previous year, is that a safe assumption?

Figuring that out might be doable if you compare rosters from last year to this year, but the revolving door of players that leave and join at different times of the year make that number almost meaningless for the work involved in figuring that out.

I actually laid the ‘21 and ‘22 rosters side by side for Valdosta State once roster was established.

Are a whole lot of new guys (both freshmen and transfers)

Especially the defense, I could have heard wrong; but I believe I heard them say on the radio broadcast Thursday night that we only returned one starter on defense.
Go Blazers, Braves , Falcons, Hawks and Jackets!

Did not see Jaskson Bull on field Saturday, he played a bit last year.
