Haven’t seen the stadium. I do not live right in Valdosta so I haven’t been out and about yet. There are limbs, trees, power lines down every where. Officials have asked folks to stay in place. Power is off or on depending on where you live.

VSU will be closed through Monday. VSU is without power. Only one building on campus has been damaged. Thankful!

Beautiful weather in Pensacola today with north wind dropping temperatures into 80’s, but weatherman says rain tomorrow. I hope he’s wrong about the evening when the game kicks off at 6 pm. Bringing rain gear.

The GSC Pick’em Scoring

Wins and Margin of Victory Points.

If you picked the game winner — 1 point.

Margin of Victory points
If you picked the exact margin of victory — 10 points
if you picked a MOV minus 1 value on either side from- 9 points
If you pick a MOV minus 2 values on either side — 8 points
Etc…
Example.
Say you picked WFl by 50 and they win by 47. Since 47 is 3 from 50, your points are 3 from 10= 7

Winner - player with the most wins. Tie breaker is MOV points.
Recognitions - player with the most points and players who have over 100 points.

So. Clear as mud?

The MOV points have been used to break a tie in the number of wins, but yeah same as before.

One of the blessed. Minimal yard damage. Power back on. No internet. Cable goes off and on. But it could have been worse.
