Why do the Blazers have so many new players?

Watching the Coach Jack Show, he mentioned 87 new players in January and 25/30 in August. Why the mass exodus?

I heard from someone who should know that after last season Coach Jack decided he needed to play his type of game, not try to recreate the game plans of prior coaches. So he went out and got players who would fit that model.

Give a new coach 3-4 years to implement his system properly and find the right players to run it!
