Well, I have a ticket opened for Tuesday. We 'll see. They've already closed an open ticket 4 times.
I was told that when they clear a certain outage, all tickets associated with that outage are closed, regardless of whether your house has been checked or not. From comments on Facebook this must be true. In my last phone call, I told them that not a single windstream truck has been in this area. Crazy!
