Yes, it is combined for all games across the season. And actually the higher MOV is tiebreaker. Here's an example.

Let's say BEARS and myself pick the L-R game vs Erskine. You say Bears by 25, I say Bears by 28 and the Bears win by 27.

Because my margin of victory was 1 point off from actual MOV, I would get 9 MOV points. You're score would be 8 MOV points because you were off by two. You can be off up to 9 points and gain MOV points. Here is the scale
